It was a fun meeting today using the scraps from hundreds of Christmas Stockings to make blocks for our Christmas Party Block Raffle/Lotto. There were a lot of people, a lot of sewing machines, talking and fun. I came home and cut some more pieces to make the blocks over the next few months. I like to sew them in between other projects, or when I just want a little something to sew.

I expect that there will be scads of raffle bloks for the Christmas party. Maybe eough for several drawings. I have made 30 so far. Greatt way to use the extra fabric from the making of hundreds of Christmas stockings for that wonderful guild project. Martha
